My Top 10 Makeup Brushes

These are a selection of the brushes I love the most. The ones I will always choose first when doing mine and others makeup.

They maybe my top 10 but they aren't in order of my favourite being number 1 and my least at number 10 because I just couldn't pick a favourite!

1. Charles H Fox 81460/43

I use this brush every day. Mainly to apply powder under my eyes, it does the perfect job and is great for getting right into those small spaces. This is the only brush I own that is made from goats hair, I can definitely tell the difference the hairs are a lot softer and seem better quality. Although I don't know if I would buy any other goats hair brushes as I do absolutely love synthetic hair brushes too.

2. Real Techniques Due Fibre Brush

Another great brush for everyday use. I absolutely love this brush for applying bronzer especially. It distributes the product lovely. You can also use this brush to build up products if you are going for a more dramatic look.

3. Real Techniques Angles Eyeshadow Brush

This is the perfect eyeshadow brush, the shape is great for getting right into the crease of your eye and blends out eyeshadow perfectly. The slight angle to the brush really makes it stand out from any other eyeshadow brush.

4. Real Techniques Base Eyeshadow Brush

This is another amazing eyeshadow brush, as you can probably tell I love Real Techniques brushes. They are so affordable and such great quality. I use this brush when applying eyeshadow underneath the eye to create a more smokey look as its the perfect size.

5. Real Techniques Bold Metals 200

Such great quality brushes for such a reasonable price.This whole range of these brushes is beautiful. The shape of the brush is so elegant and the shape of the hair are perfect for blending.The brush hairs feel so lovely and soft and are great at picking up product. Another great quality about Real Techniques brushes are that once washed the hairs still feel great and I have never had any hair fall out after washing.

6. Real Techniques Bold Metals 201

Another Bold Metals brush that I absolutely love for eyeshadow. I mainly use this brush for getting right into the crease, the hairs are tapered which makes it perfect for packing and blending the colours into the crease.

7. Real Techniques Bold Metals 301

What a great face brush. Perfect for contouring those cheek bones or even the nose. The shape of the brush really is great at getting the product in the right place but also blends out nicely, not leaving you with any harsh lines.

8. Real Techniques Body Sponge

Okay Okay its not a brush but I use this everyday to apply my foundation and just couldn't not include it. I originally used the smaller version the Miracle Completion Sponge but the Body Sponge is so much better. It is absolutely huge! But I love it! I can apply my foundation in literally no time at all, the sponge blends out my foundation concealer and other cream products great when it is a little damp. I also use the sponge to apply loose powder under my eyes when I want a more flawless finish. I must say the pointed end of the sponge isn't the smallest and can sometimes not get right into the inner corner of your eye, but overall it is an incredible sponge.

9.Spectrum B06 (Mean Girls Collection)

As you can probably tell I do love an eyeshadow brush. There are so many different types but they can all do so many different things. I would say this brush is one of the best blending brushes I have ever used!

10. Kryolan 12 Engine Sable ART.a712

What another incredible brush that I have loved for such a long time now. I will always grab for this brush when using loose glitters as it is great for picking up the colour and packing it onto the eye.
