Pixi products I have tried

I have only quiet recently tried Pixi as a brand, but so far the products I have tried I am really enjoying using. A few months ago I tried a couple of there makeup products and found them lovely to work with and had good pigmentation. But most recently I have been trying out some of there skin care products, as I had heard such good things about them I wanted to give them a try for myself. I have been using the Retinol Tonic Toner and the Hydrating Milky Mist. I did a little research into some of there products and thought that these two stood out to me the most. I thought they would be most suitable for my current skin type.

I have been using the Retinol Tonic Toner most evenings after cleansing my face and even some mornings too. I have found it leaving my face feeling refreshed and tight. I decided to choose this toner as it claims that it is a advanced youth preserving toner. I believe that you can start using anti ageing products at any age and felt that I would benefit from starting now. I feel my skin does feel better after using this toner. Retinol is meant to decrease fine lines, even skin colour, improve skin texture, tighten pores and stimulate blood flow and collagen production. I will continue to use this toner for the next few months and see the results that are too come. 

I haven't been using the Hydrating Milky Mist as often as my normal moisturiser as its a little lighter. My skin is usually quite oily, but occasionally I will get very dry patches around my cheek area and will there for need a thicker moisturiser. I have been using the mist on days where I'm not wearing makeup as I can use it as a moisturiser and also it adds a slight glow to the face. It claims to plump skin by trapping moisture and adding provitamin A, linoleum acid and vitamins b1 and b2 and b6 to the skin. This product is also youth preserving which I feel if applied together will work better to stoping ageing. I also love how easy it is to apply with the perfect spray.

As I have only been using this products for a few months now I haven't found the full affect of them yet. Although I do feel that they are improving the appearance of my skin. I will continue to used them and see if the youth preserving aspect of these products actually do work.
